CENtre for TElemedicine, SIMulation and Clinical Skills Olomouc was established by Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in June 2014. It serves for pregradual as well as postgradual teaching.

“Simulations and telemedicine show great potential mainly due to the possibility of creating fidelitous clinical situations with use of modern methods. The students would hardly experience such clinical situations in real life. Thus, the students have chance to train proper approach to the patient and behaviour in clinical setting.” said the dean Milan Kolar during opening ceremony.

CENTESIMO also includes Centre for Emergency Medicine and Centre for Basic Procedures in Healthcare.

Centre for Telemedicine, Simulators and Clinical Skills is located on the ground floor of right wing of Theoretical Institutes´ old building. It can also be accessed through Theoretical Institutes´ new building (entrance from Hnevotinska street) by passing through the joining corridor to the old building.
